This card is an example of clean and bright. Because we are going to use a lot of white on white, the eye will be delightfully drawn to the bright colors of the poinsettia flowers and greenery, the focal point of the card.
The colors chosen here are a tad warmer than my usual color palette. All colored inks used in this sample are Versacolor pigment inks. But more about that in the supplies list below:
Supplies and Tools
Poinsettia Wreath set
White cardstock half-sheet for card base, folded
White cardstock quarter sheet for dry embossed texture
Additional small piece of white cardstock
Inks: Versacolor Camellia (a new color for us), Split Pea, Green Tea, and Charcoal
Cuttlebug dry embossing folder D' Vine Swirls
Circle die templates (I used Spellbinders set S4-114)
White ribbon
Tombow MonoMulti glue
Popit! Shapes
Tiny tipped chrystal glitter glue
Instructions
Using the circle die and a die cut machine, cut a 2.7/8-inch hole one inch from the top of the sheet. In this sample, the green background is a work surface.
While you are using the die-cut machine (and to save paper), take the hole you cut from the piece of white cardstock and cut a circle just one size down. You will use the inner circle later. Set aside for now.
Now place the quarter sheet into the D'vine Swirls embossing folder and run it through the machine.
Trim the sides to where they measure 3.75 inches wide. Then tear the top and bottom to where the panel measures 5-3/8-inches tall.
Run the white ribbon vertically over the textured template to run over the center of the hole you just made. Fold the ribbon under at the top and bottom of the panel and glue down. If your ribbon is a like mine and doesn't take to glue initially, Tombow MonoMulti glue is fantastic in that you can apply it to a surface, wait until it is tacky-dry, and then fasten the two surfaces together.
Glue the textured panel with the ribbon to the folded 8.5x11 halfsheet.
Stamp the Poinsettia Wreath in the center of the circle:

Remember that there's nothing quite like a great second impression! Also remember to turn the peg a bit before stamping the second impression so you get a natural look.
Start with the Mini Fancy Poinsettia stamp and Camellia ink and stamp a North - South - East - West pattern to establish your wreath.
Now stamp the Tiny Simple Holly Leaf in Green Tea to fill out your wreath. The placement line is a great tool to use as a directional aid.
Next, use the Tiny Veined Poinsettia stamp in Split Pea to add dimension.
Last, put the icing on the proverbial cake by adding the last stamp in the set, the Mini Full of Berries stamp using Charcoal ink.
Now use Charcoal ink to trim the circle.
Using PopIt! Shapes (I used Square), fasten down the wreath to the center of the circle on the card base and you're finished!

I like your circle idea Susan. It's hard to get into the Christmas mode right now though. But I guess it is never too early to start those Christmas cards.
thanks much

Lovely card and the stamp set is fantastic. I like the natural turn of the poinsettia, it makes the turn of the stamp appear to show a different side of the bloom, very realistic, great colors, too.

I think I will use the design only use half shee of card stock folded to the middle and use the circle in the center, glued half way on one side, with the sentiment on the right side inside the card.
