While this card looks rich, it is deceptively simple to make. Here's what you'll need...
Supplies
Winter Pine Borderstamp set
Reverse Fancy Maple Mini stamp
Green cardstock half-sheet, folded, for card base
Green cardstock quarter-sheet
Second scrap of green cardstock for decorative die cut
Black scrap for decorative die cut
Taupe die-cut circlemeasuring 2-3/8 inches; Rust-Brown die-cut circle measuring 2-3/4 inches (I used Spellbinders S4-114)
1 White and 2 Black scalloped die-cut ovalsmeasuring 1-1/8 inch (I used dies from Spellbinders #S4-111)
1 Green and 1 Black border die-cut(I used Spellbinders Classic Lace Border, #S7-014)
Scrap white cardstock for embellishments
Scrap yellow cardstock for embellishments
Scrap black cardstock for embellishments
Inks: Versacolor Bamboo, Bark, Pinecone, Evergreen, Encore Metallic Gold
Thin Ribbon
Gelly Roll Stardust pen
Tombow markers - dark khaki (I used #027); flesh (I used #912); and goldenrod (I used #993)
Instructions
Using the Mini Long Pinecone and Bamboo ink, stamp a random pattern on the front of the green quarter-sheet. Repeat with the Mini Conifer Branch. Edge the paper with Bark ink and set aside.
Locate the Green die-cut decorative border you've already cut out and edge it using Bamboo ink. Repeat with Bark ink.
Now take the taupe circle stamp the Mini Long Pinecone in Pinecone ink (well-named!).
Follow with the Tiny Long Pinecone in Pinecone ink.
Stamp the Mini Conifer Branch in Evergreen.
Last, stamp the Tiny Thin Branch in Bark and repeat with Encore Metallic Gold ink.
Edge the Taupe Circle and the Rust Brown circle with the dark khaki marker (027). Glue the pinecone border to the Rust-Brown circle and set aside.
Take the white scalloped oval you've already cut out and stamp two Tiny Long Pinecones on it (OR stamp first and then die-cut-- for perfect centering).
Now use Bamboo ink (I used second impressions only) and stamp the Mini Conifer Branch. Last, stamp the Tiny Thin Branch in Bark ink.
Use the Stardust Gelly Roll pen to edge the scallops of the oval.
Take the two black scalloped ovals you've already cut out and glue to the bottom and top of the oval you just decorated so that only a pinstripe of black shows. You can now glue this to the center of the Pinecone Border circle.
On a white cardstock scrap, stamp two impressions of the Reverse Fancy Maple Mini stamp in Pinecone ink and one impression in Evergreen ink.
Using the goldenrod marker, color in the leaves and mark around the edge of the stamped square.
Cut these little squares out. Then each one to a scrap of yellow card stock and trim away the excess. Then do the same thing with black card stock scraps. Set these aside.
Add your ribbon to the green quarter sheet, on which you've already stamped a background. (Using this quarter sheet will allow you to hide the back of the ribbon). Glue the quarter sheet to the folded card base.
Now take the Black decorative border and the Green decorative border and glue them back to back on the quarter sheet.
Glue the round medallion.
Finish off with the three diamond-shaped embellishments and you're finished!

The pinecone set is fantastic and I'm really starting to like those reverse images! The card layout is also nice and well 'suited' to a man's taste. Thanks for the ideas and the chance to win.

What a neat card! I really like the pine cone and conifer stamps. This combination of stamps could be used as a winter card if a little "snow" was added to the pinecones. Very versatile set! Thanks for a great tutorial!

Really great card for a guy. Like the pinecone stamp set you used too. Thanks for another great tutorial too. Phyllis M.

I just picked up this set at my LSS and was looking for something "different" to make with it. As usual, the talented gals at RST came through for me. LOL Thanks so much.

This card set is so striking! I really like the border you chose along with the background. I also used the small pine cone along the border of my envelope for a card sent to some friends who live in the mountains. Lovely card for a man, too. Thanks for sharing.

Another masterpiece! I love the look of this card. Masculine? Yes, but I think it can be used for either gender. This is just so lovely!

I have a lot of men in my life so this is perfect--thanks!

This is great for a man card, but it really is neutral enough overall that it could be for a woman, too, or just a nice fall/Thanksgiving card. RST stamps are so versatile that way!
