What would you say if someone asked, "What is your favorite color?"? What a tough question! After all the disclaimers and fine print, I'd have to say Green and Blue are my favorites because they are the most tenacious colors of nature; no matter what the season, there's almost always a hint of Green and Blue somewhere. I do appreciate such loyalty!
Stamps -

Pea Green card stock half-sheet, folded
Pea Green card stock - 4.25 x 5.5 inches

White card stock (for center of medallion, 3.5 inches in diameter)
White card stock scraps
Black card stock scraps
Inks -
Versacolor Cyan, Green Tea, Olive, Khaki, Evergreen, Encore Metallic Gold; Archival Black

Round die - I used Spellbinders Standard Circles Large (S4-114)
Colored Pencils - Light Green and Dark Green
Gold Paint Pen
Ribbons
Chalk - Moss
Medium Heart Punch
Adhesive Pearls - Lush
Run the Pea Green quarter-sheet through the "Victoria" embossing folder and set aside. Then run the pre-measured Black card stock through the same embossing folder and glue the black piece onto the card base. Set aside.
Run the Light Green card stock through the die cut machine to make a circle measuring 3.75 inches wide. Scuff it with the Gold ink pad and then glue it to the Black and Pea Green ensemble you made earlier. Set aside. Then run the White card stock piece through the die cut machine to make a circle measuring 3.5 inches wide. On this piece, stamp the following:
Then stamp the Mini Bearded Flower in Cyan ink.
Stamp the Mini Bearded Flower again in Split Pea.
Stamp the Tiny Bearded Flower Open in Archival Black ink.
Next, stamp the Tiny Primrose in Evergreen ink.
Stamp the Tiny Oval Leaf in Olive ink
Stamp the Mini 7 Petal Group Solid in Olive ink.
Stamp the Tiny Pyracantha in Khaki
Last, stamp the MIni 8 Leaf Solid in Encore Metallic Gold.
Then use the Light Green Colored Pencil to color in the Tiny Bearded Flowers.
Use the Dark Green Colored Pencil to color in the Tiny Primrose.
Edge this piece with the Gold Paint Pen.
Then glue the resulting wreath to the Black and Pea Green piece. Next, tie the ribbons. Set aside the card base.
Make the First Heart Medallion -
On a small piece of White card stock, stamp a background of Tiny Mini Bearded flowers in Archival Black ink. Stamp the Mini 8 Leaf Solid in Encore Metallic Gold. Use the Moss Green Chalk to colorize the stamped area. Then use the punch to make a heart-shaped piece.
Glue the heart to a scrap of Black card stock and then trim away the excess to leave a thin Black border.
Make the Second Heart Medallion -
Use the Soft Wheat ink to create a background using the Tiny Mini Bearded flowers again. Scuff with the Moss Chalk. Then stamp the "Sending Happy Thoughts" sentiment in the Archival Black ink.
Use the Light Green Colored Pencil to color in some of the flowers and some of the surrounding unstamped area. Glue the heart to a Black scrap of paper and trim away the excess, leaving a thin pinstripe of black showing. Glue the heart to the card base and you're almost finished. Finish off the card by adhering some Adhesive Pearls around the second heart medallion.
Get frisky with the direction of the pearls and have some fun!

This is lovely, again! I do wonder what people who don't have a die-cutting machine think of these projects though, do you think they feel very left out? I may be wrong but is seems almost every card you show uses embossing or die-cutting somewhere and I have several friends who don't own one at all.

What a sweet card! Question: How do you get the paint pen so even around the circle? Mine usually looks like a child did it? Yours always look so good.
Enjoy your week!

Another beautiful card! I love your use of embossing folders. They add a nice touch, but if I don't have one of the featured folders, I try new things like embossed paper. Thank you!
