Since our peg stamps take up very little space, they are the perfect travel companions. The image is indexed on the small end of the wooden dowel which makes it easy to locate a particular stamp. You can sort the stamps as sets or you can put them in categories such as flowers, leaves, sprigs, birds, insects, etc. This makes project preparation a breeze! Some people like to use acrylic boxes or shoe boxes for storage and others like to store them in the clear boxes that the sets come packaged in. I like to use small handled suitcase type containers for mine since I have work with so many images. Here is a photo:
Still another idea is a desktop organizer or spinner as long as the compartments are not too deep. Here is a photo of any acrylic storage container that looks like it would work.

Agghh this is just like my storage solution, i used round wicker baskets that i have, I just have to sort out my block stamps... Love the boxes :-)
